Role Overview:
As a Static Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services at a static facility in Birmingham.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of plumbing systems on-site.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues and leaks. Install and maintain fixtures, faucets, and pipes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Complete maintenance reports and documentation. Collaborate with team members to meet facility maintenance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber in a similar role. Plumbing qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licenceBenefits:
