    Job Title Senior Product Specialist (Money Services)

    Job Description Sage is on a mission to become a great SaaS company by focusing on our Customer Success, our Colleagues and Innovation.

    The Sage Network Platform offers services that enable Sage to deliver common capabilities required across multiple Sage cloud or cloud-connected products and – along with our partners – to design, develop and deploy a unified

    collection of business services that continually enhance Sage products in order to meet changing customer needs and market demands These services include bank feeds, payment processing, payment acceptance, tax return calculations and submission and e-document processing that are integrated into multiple Sage products.

    These capabilities are provided through individual cloud Services which are built once and consumed by different Sage products that need the capability enhanced with the thought leadership and customer empathy of the domain experts.

    This Senior Product Specialist role is key to support the Product Managers in the delivery of the Banking and Payment Service strategy (including support with the ideation and creation of new associated services) within the Payments and Banking Product team.

    An ever-changing financial landscape and Regulation changes (i.e. PSD/3 Open Banking, and Open Finance) are revolutionizing the way technology can enable Financial Services in other ecosystems,

    Sage is at the front of this revolution and requires a Senior Product Specialist to help deliver a winning strategy.

    The Senior Product Specialist will work closely with Senior Product Managers, Product Marketing, Product Development, Risk and legal teams and the Partner Centre of Excellence to keep abreast of the financial and regulatory landscape and its regulations and also support agile and innovative delivery which is commercially successful.

    Understanding and monitoring the financial regulatory landscape, working collaboratively with PM teams and other functions to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

    • Supporting colleagues to understand and monitor how Sage products are meeting obligations related to the financial regulatory landscape
    • Work with PM's on adding requirements to roadmaps to support any new regulatory requirements
    • Support the growth and commercial success of the service, driving revenue opportunities, adoption and usage
    • An understanding of the Banking and Payments industry and of financial regulations and associated license requirements
    • Experience in monitoring and communicating regulatory and compliance changes
    • Experience of cloud and/or financial services products
    • An understanding of revenue drivers and third-party commercial frameworks
