- Complete legal due diligence and provide a high-quality service to all stakeholders.
- Report issues and assist with post-completion pipeline management.
- Oversee applications within SLAs.
- Review and meet mortgage conditions.
- Prepare cases for completion, consulting with relevant teams for complex cases.
- Liaise with external parties like valuers and solicitors.
- Ensure compliance with lending criteria and regulatory requirements.
- Update client records and handle any escalations.
- Produce reports and maintain relationships.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and act with integrity.
- Complete mandatory training and understand firm policies and procedures.
