    Description
    Cherwell is a Trade supplier of Signmaking materials to Signmakers, Exhibition stand contractors and Large format printers. Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor which includes but not limited to:
    • Answer incoming calls and input sales orders on SAGE 200
    • Process Email orders from customers
    • Draw down web orders to SAGE 200
    • Respond to any customer issues/returns
    • Produce quotes for customer requirements and quote follow up
    • Liaise with proactive sales team in setting up new contracts/clients and Support Field Sales as required

    Working Hours: 7:30-5:00PM Monday to Friday. Normal Holiday and Bank Holidays apply. 3 Month Probation period.
