Human Resources People & Culture business partner
This role is perfect for someone looking to make a genuine difference in their day to day and an impact in the wider community, someone with experience across ER case work/ Staff or volunteer coordination and induction/ complex disciplinary cases & occupational health.
Person specification
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent experience
- Confidence in organizational and timemanagement skills along with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and respond to individuals in a caring, empathetic manner.
- Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified
Role responsibilities
- Working across various teams to ensure that volunteers are inducted effectively and managed correctly and within budget.
- People business partnering
- Charity development ensure that the values of the charity are upheld, supporting the HR manager and communication team for internal and external communication's
- Working with the corporate services team, plan and programme of trustee support, work with members the HR team in a collaborative and effective manner.
