This role is perfect for someone looking to make a genuine difference in their day to day and an impact in the wider community, someone with experience across ER case work/ Staff or volunteer coordination and induction/ complex disciplinary cases & occupational health.

Person specification

Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent experience
Confidence in organizational and timemanagement skills along with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
Ability to build collaborative relationships and respond to individuals in a caring, empathetic manner.
Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified

Role responsibilities

Working across various teams to ensure that volunteers are inducted effectively and managed correctly and within budget.
People business partnering

- develop a detailed and engaging solutions where required, work with department heads to identify potential within their existing team and support where further training and development is required.

Charity development ensure that the values of the charity are upheld, supporting the HR manager and communication team for internal and external communication's
Working with the corporate services team, plan and programme of trustee support, work with members the HR team in a collaborative and effective manner.
