Project Administrator
Northampton Office
Up to £28,000 dependant of experience
Monday - Friday hours per week
The Project Administrator will liaise between the client and the operational teams, supporting colleagues within the sales, project and operations teams with administrative support whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Within this role you will report into the Business Service Manager and play a pivotal role within the progression of projects across the business.
What the role can offer you;
- Salary between £22,000 £28,000 dependant on experience
- Ability to work from home 12 days per week after probation period
- Ability to attend client meetings to embed into the company & establish yourself within the industry

The Project Administrator duties will include;
- Provide administrative & coordination support for key customer projects.
- Put together weekly & monthly project reports
- Updating project documentation including reports, plans, registers and schedules
- Be an additional point of contact for customer meetings
- Support the sales team with maintaining the CRM system, creating quotes, processing purchase orders
- Join customer meetings to record actions and take minutes
- Assist with planning customer events
- Asset management, deliveries, stock holding
- Supporting with Manager duties to cover absences
Required Skills and experience;
- Ideally 2 years admin experience within the IT sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management & organisations skills
- Commercial understanding
- Flexible, proactive approach to tasks and can do attitude
- Project management experience desirable
- Project management qualification desirable
