- Takingon responsibility for managing the play equipment street furnitureand surfacing repair maintenance and inspection function of thecompany. This is currently centred aroundone technician but is expected to grow over the coming year andcovers housing developers parish councils andschools.
- Supportingthe Contracts Manager in delivering a best in class groundsmaintenance service to clients from the commercial residential newbuild industrial and local authoritysectors.
- Ensuringrequired materials are ordered delivered jobs scheduled andinvoicedcorrectly.
- Visitingsites and attending client meetings to understand requirementsand/or resolve anyissues.
- Experienceof both grounds maintenance and play equipment maintenance andinspection.
- Agood working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Applications(Outlook Wordetc.)
- Experienceof managing directly employed and ideally subcontractedteams.
- Apositive and proactive attitude with the ability to motivate trainand manageteams.
- Beingconfident in liaising withClients.
- Beingconfident in your ability to manage multiple grounds maintenanceplay area repair and maintenanceprojects.
