• Have exceptional communicationskills both with colleagues and clients.
• Act asa trusted Technical Lead for key clients.

• Talking to clients about theproducts and services we offer.
• Following up onpersistent or complex issues and majorprojects.
• Working with Account Managers todesign and recommend solutions.
• Takingownership of Client Information within Internal systems iseverything up to date

MainJob Purpose:
Provide extensive support andguidance on a wide range of IT services and technologies includingMicrosoft Google and Apple platforms.
Manage field supportteam in a particular area providing escalated support for technicalcolleagues and directing clients via the relevant serviceboard.
Participate in and lead IT project work at clientsites.
Working with Account Managers as part of a ClientTeam acting as Technical Lead for specific customers recommendingadvising and guiding on their strategic IT plans.

What you willdo

• Management of other ITConsultants in the area & delivery of regular121s
• Monitor IT service board escalations andprogress accordingly.
• Act as an escalationpoint for service requests received.
• Attendingsite visits when necessary to help resolveissues.
• Maintain clear communication to theteam and clients.
• Assisting account managers byresponding to queries regarding sites.
• Takes alead on larger project work.
• Training of otherIT Consultants where appropriate.
• Keep internaldocumentation up to date to assist teamlearning.

What you willneed

• Certification: Relevantbaselevel certifications in appropriate networking or operatingsystems e.g. CompTIA Network MicrosoftMCP.
• Current network troubleshooting skillsincluding excellent working knowledge of LAN & WAN technologiesincluding IPv4 VPNs VLANs iSCSI SNMPetc.
• Administration of Windows Active Directoryincluding Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure ActiveDirectory.
• Experience with firewalls SANs &either Cisco or Aruba switchnetworks.
• Experience in configuring VMWare andMicrosoft Hyper V Clustering.
• Experience inrecent Microsoft Serverbuilds.
• Experience usingMicrosoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and MicrosoftInTune to manage endpoints
• Experience insolution design in Microsoft and Google platforms would bebeneficial but not essential.
