    • Talking to clients about the products andservices we offer.
    • Following up on persistentor complex issues and major projects.
    • Workingwith Account Managers to design and recommend solutions.
    • Taking ownership of Client Information withinInternal systems is everything up to date

    Main JobPurpose:

    Provide extensive support andguidance on a wide range of IT services and technologies includingMicrosoft Google and Apple platforms.

    Managefield support team in a particular area providing escalated supportfor technical colleagues and directing clients via the relevantservice board.

    Participate in and lead IT projectwork at client sites.

    Working with AccountManagers as part of a Client Team acting as Technical Lead forspecific customers recommending advising and guiding on theirstrategic IT plans.

    What you willdo

    • Management of other ITConsultants in the area & delivery of regular 121s
    • Monitor IT service board escalations andprogress accordingly.
    • Act as an escalationpoint for service requests received.
    • Attendingsite visits when necessary to help resolve issues.
    • Maintain clear communication to the team andclients.
    • Assisting account managers byresponding to queries regarding sites.
    • Takes alead on larger project work.
    • Training of otherIT Consultants where appropriate.
    • Keepinternal documentation up to date to assist team learning.
    • Certification: Relevant baselevelcertifications in appropriate networking or operating systems e.g.CompTIA Network Microsoft MCP.
    • Current networktroubleshooting skills including excellent working knowledge of LAN& WAN technologies including IPv4 VPNs VLANs iSCSI SNMP etc.
    • Administration of Windows Active Directoryincluding Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure Active Directory.
    • Experience with firewalls SANs & eitherCisco or Aruba switch networks.
    • Experience inconfiguring VMWare and Microsoft Hyper V Clustering.
    • Experience in recent Microsoft Serverbuilds.
    • Experience using Microsoft System CentreConfiguration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft InTune to manageendpoints
    • Experience in solution design inMicrosoft and Google platforms would be beneficial but notessential.
