    Description

    We are representing our client exclusively with an exciting opportunity to join their high-retention based team on part-time permanent basis.

    You'll be an experienced bookkeeper with current and recent Purchase Ledger experience.

    This role is offered with flexible working hours of 3 full days a week 08:30 - 17:00 or 3-4 days post school/pre-school with hours of 09:30 - 15:30, 23 days annual leave (pro-rata) and a salary of up to £27,000 (FTE).

    Your main responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger will include but not limited to:
    • • Accurate data entry and all associated accounts administration
    • Processing bank payments
    • Purchase Ledger – processing incoming invoices for payment and allocation
    • Processing internal recharges
    • Occasional payroll
    • Assisting management team with reports
    • Bank reconciliations
    • General administration, including handling accounts queries
    • Cover for sales administration function.
