Description
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Project Surveyor / Building Surveyor on an initial 12 month contract.


Key duties

  • Carry out condition improvement/refurbishment surveys of dwellings, buildings and land, as directed. Assess, and Diagnose, defects, specify and schedule work required, in consultation with customers/stakeholders. Specify, measure and order materials, equipment and joinery and tender works in conjunction with Procurement.
  • All works Project Managed by: providing support to the manager, producing programme & project reports, Initiating & updating project documentation, assistance with project appraisal & project quality assurance.
  • Responsible for contract administration under JCT and NEC forms of contract and deliver all technical elements of allocated projects; these can include site inspections / producing drawings, specifications and schedules of work / Technical reports
  • Fulfil all responsibilities and duties as required under H&S Regulations
