About Our Client:
- Carry out engaging on boarding demonstrations and new feature demonstrations for all Carterwood Analytics platforms with new and existing clients.
- Resolve enquiries received through support helpline and mailbox.
- Build knowledge and create regular meaningful engagement experiences with subscribers
- Record all communication on the internal CRM system
- Develop good understanding of the products
- Take ownership of weekly KPIs
- Provide CRM support to sales, marketing and client success department
- Dive into content and client research to assist the marketing team in creating captivating social media publications and case studies
- Interim support in directing all inbound sales enquiries and phone calls to relevant members of the team
The Successful Applicant:
- At least 1 year of customer relationship experience is essential would be a bonus if in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment
- Proven experience in demonstrating products/software to clients/subscribers
- Excellent communication skills in person, or on video calls, and over the phone
- Previous CRM experience is desirable
- Highly computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good sense of humour and team player in a small, but highachieving sales, marketing and client success team
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback
- Enthusiastic and personable, comfortable in clientfacing role
- Focused and proactive approach to ensure deadlines are met in a fastpaced environment
