- Provide effective leadership and supervision to the staff team, ensuring they are supported, motivated and trained to deliver highquality care.

- Minimum 3 years senior experience in children's residential care.
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in leadership and management for residential childcare (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people's workforce.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including Children Act 1989 and Children's Regulations 2015.
- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
- Good or Outstanding rating in recent Ofsted inspections.
