Are you a skilled CNC Turner seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise? Are you passionate about precision engineering and eager to join a dynamic team? Look no further! We are searching for a talented CNC Turner to become an integral part of our busy and thriving company.As a CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator at Penta, you will play a key role in consistently delivering superior quality components and support across the wider team. You'll utilise your technical skills to program, set, and operate CNC lathe machines, and embrace continuous improvement to drive better production flow and quality outcomes for the Penta team.
Hours of Work:
- Monday Thursday: 7:30am to 5.00pm, 30-minute lunch break & Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm.
What we are looking for from our CNC Turner (PSO):
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the CNC Turning process and the confidence and technical ability to take on and make challenging parts. While we can provide weekly training on our CAD/CAM software, you will need the be comfortable taking on any new job and be able to optimise existing jobs.

Meet the Organisation: Who We Are and What We Do
Penta was founded in 1998 by five engineers (hence the name, Penta). With a heritage in manufacturing production tooling for an international computer manufacturer, the team developed its skills to encompass delivering for the aerospace, marine, scientific, and medical industries amongst others. Penta gained ship-to-stock status with a major aerospace OEM in 2012, having attained a better than 99.5% quality performance for two years, and has maintained this standard ever since.
