Do you have experience in a Supported Living Setting?
As a Locality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals with Learning Disabilities across seven services in London.
This remote role offers the flexibility to manage your workload efficiently while ensuring regular on-site visits to each service every other week.
You will be responsible for the quality of care and line manage x2 Deputy while having oversight of the staff teams in each service.
Monitor and improve service quality and standards.Competitive Salary of £40,000 per annum

~ Sick Pay
~25 days plus 8 bank holidays ( increasing with length of service)
