    Day services manager
    Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Term time only (42 weeks per year)

    Halcyon Health and Social Care are recruiting on behalf of our client, a charitable organisation that prides itself on recognising the aspirations of young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.

    As Service Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the students, ensuring a seamless operation of the day service.

    In this fulfilling role, you will lead a team committed to excellence in care and support, creating a real impact.

    Lead the day-to-day operations and support the head of service.
    Manage and support a skilled staffing team.
    Effectively manage budgets to maximise student support.
    Conduct assessments, create care plans and perform risk assessments.
    Administer medication and ensure safe medication management.
    Ensure staff receive necessary training and professional development.
    250 bonus once you have passed your probation

    The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4+ Registered Managers Award or a Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care, with a minimum of four years' experience in care services, including three years in a senior role.
