    Responsibilities

    In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimising eDisclosure processes, enhancing client support and spearheading training initiatives. You will:

    • Partner proactively with legal practitioners, assessing and fulfilling the unique eDisclosure needs of their clients.
    • Pioneer technical solutions from processing strategies to project lifecycle management.
    • Initiate eDisclosure project setups, interlinking preferred vendors, team members, and clients.
    • Empower legal teams through comprehensive training on cutting-edge platforms such as Relativity.
    • Distil complex legal matters into tangible project objectives for effective understanding and execution.
    • Aid in the synthesis and compilation of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
    • Facilitate eBundles creation using state-of-the-art external platforms.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships, refining processes alongside team feedback for continual improvement.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience in eDisclosure or a related field within legal services.
    • Proficient in eDisclosure platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace.
    • Excellence in training and support, capable of distilling complex processes into actionable tasks.
    • Adept at vendor management, with a focus on nurturing constructive feedback loops.
    • A methodical approach to data compilation and project management.
    • Outstanding communication skills, essential for internal collaboration and client interfaces.
