    Description
    Job Description
    • Process intercompany funding movements and charges
    • Preparation of journal entries, supporting schedules, general ledger reconciliations and analysis.
    • Ensure month end reconciliations are complete and accurate within Blackline
    • Assist in analysing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and income statement accounts
    • Work with FP&A in understanding the financial performance and ensure aligned with knowledge of key business movements and respond to FP&A queries
    • Prepare the indirect tax returns (VAT/GST etc) and reconciliation of the returns to the ledger and to Netsuite tax reports
    • Assist in preparation of financial statements for local filing
    • Respond to requests from external/internal auditors
    • Prepare the analysis of ledger activity for month end reporting
    • Assist in the preparation of interim financial statements as required for company structuring/ approval of dividends/cash repatriation etc
    • Identify process improvement opportunities, develop potential solutions
    Qualifications
    • Part qualified AAT, ACCA, ACA, and CIMA or similar
    • Strong controls bias and experience
    • Good analytical skills and ability to analyse issues
    • Experience in balance and cross system reconciliations
    • Experience in assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts
    • Experience of assisting in responding to external audit requests to tight deadlines
