    What you will be doing

    • Manage client relationships, system health, and troubleshoot intricate technical integration challenges with significant variability.

    • Take charge of tracking and implementing standard methodology recommendations for designated clients to enhance domain health, safety, and usability of Oracle Health's products and services.

    • Offer direct and continual support for the day-to-day operational management of Oracle Millennium applications.

    • Act as the primary contact for, and frequently lead, cross-organizational integration support escalations involving internal and external partners.

    • Proactively recognize and strive for system optimization, code enhancements/corrections, and functional enhancements for clients.

    • Provide 24/7 on-call client support as required.

    • Client-facing role with up to 20% travel.

    Required Experience


    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Computer or Software Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Minimum of 3 years of involvement in delivery and/or support concerning Cerner Millennium products and services.

    • Proficiency in English.
