PERMANENT PROJECT COORDINATOR - BORDERS OF MK/BEDFORD - Up to 32K

**In return, what we need from you: - **- Previous project experience or similar

Strong Excel skills, Sage experience would be an asset but not essential
Own transport due to location as it is on the borders of MK & Bedford
Attention to detail is a must with strong planning/organisational skills
A great personality with the ability to multitask

**Daily duties are likely to involve: - **Overseeing the day to day aspect of projects, which is likely to include:

Being involved in projects. This could be elements of a project or be involved from the starting conversation to completion
Quoting on requests from customers
Organising required labour and ensuring the costings cover this
Conversing at all levels to ensure timelines are adhered to
Dealing with the end customer on the progress and resolving any potential issues to ensure a smooth running project
Using templates, updating SAGE and Excel with required information. Accuracy is of course paramount
Be involved in the administration for sales and company reports whilst also being involved in facilitating installations of products

Working Monday

Friday 9am 5.30pm in the office daily
