SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Nuneaton who is looking for a Part Time Phone Agent to join on a temporary basis
Hours: 2pm - 6pm Monday to Friday (Part Time)
£11 per hour plus holiday pay

Job Duties:
Answering incoming phone calls
Checking and updating delivery status for customers
Providing assistance and information to callers
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - Onsite for onboarding, with the potential for remote work once fully trained.
Good admin and telephone / communication skills are essential for this role.
This will be an immediate start so you must be readily available

Duration:
Until the end of 2023 but could be extended
