    We are searching for Dynamics 365 Trainer & Community Lead to join our CRM team

    As Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer & Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, proficiency, and engagement across our global sales, marketing, and customer service teams within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

    You will be responsible for analysing training needs, developing comprehensive training programs, creating educational assets, delivering training and nurturing a thriving super-user community to ensure the ongoing success and evolution of our Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.

    Analyse Dynamics 365 training needs in sales, marketing, customer service and data operations.

    • Design comprehensive training programs taking in to account the global nature of the business.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and assets.
    • Conduct engaging training sessions for all levels, inperson and virtually, focusing on Dynamics 365.
    • Review and deliver new starter onboarding CRM training requirements.
    • Establish and nurture a vibrant Dynamics 365 superuser community.
    • Organize regular meetups, forums, and workshops for the superuser community.
    • Track and analyse CRM training proficiency, and effectiveness.
    • Optimize training programs and resources based on user and superuser feedback.
    • Collaborate with the CRM team to identify opportunities for enhancing usage.
    • Act as a liaison between endusers and the Head of CRM & administrators to ensure Dynamics 365 meets evolving business needs.
    Proven experience in CRM training, preferably within a global organization, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    • Proficiency and demonstrable experience in creating a diverse set of training assets.
    • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing superuser communities within organizations, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
    • Relevant certifications in CRM and training & development.
    • Exceptional training skills, including communication, presentation, and facilitation, with a proven ability to effectively train diverse audiences across the range of Dynamics 365 capabilities.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying CRM training needs and tailoring programs to address them.
    • Passionate about building a strong community with the ability to motivate superusers to help deliver exceptional outcomes.
    • Patient, empathic and flexible person who can improve training outcomes for a diverse set of users.
