Description
A leading logistics group in Manchester.A Financial Accountant role, reporting to the Financial Controller.
You will be responsible for:
All aspects of day to day Financial Accounting, including periodic review of the trial balance, balance sheet, working capital and cashflow.
You will support the FC with statutory accounts preparation at year end. You will ensure compliance with tax regulations, including Corporation Tax & VAT. Review periodic payroll submissions. This will include the ongoing development of a 5-year finance plan, including cash forecasting & capital investment appraisals. Review of the rolling CAPEX forecast, including sensitivity analysis, risks and potential opportunities.You will be a fully qualified accountant, with strong balance sheet and financial accounting experience.
You will have experience of a large and complex business and be comfortable with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
You will be available to start at short notice and happy to commit to a 12 month FTC.A 12 month Fixed Term Contract at a generous market salary, with benefits. Hybrid flexible working pattern from home and office.
