Sister/Charge Nurse
Job Overview
You will lead a team of Healthcare Assistants and Donor Care Supervisors to ensure high-quality personal care for our donors. Your role involves making decisions about donor suitability based on clinical judgment and meeting regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Your working hours will vary but typically consist of 4 days every two weeks. Shifts start early in the morning or late in the afternoon, with occasional weekends and holidays.
