    Business Development Manager
    Hemel Hempstead (This is an office-based role where the candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week)

    Working Hours:

    Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30; Company operates Flexible Working Times; Collins is a leading global pharmaceutical company undergoing rapid growth.

    Its strength is built on a unique multi-million-pound pioneering product called Cyclogest which is endorsed world-wide by leading clinicians in the field of infertility.

    Cyclogest is used to treat women around the world and is currently marketed in over 60 countries, and its global footprint is growing each year.

    Invested in a multi-million-pound clinical trial to help make fertility treatment available worldwide.

    We present a unique opportunity for a highly adept professional with a background in account management and business development ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.

    The main purpose of this position is to develop, build and grow external relationships to grow the business and to increase revenue by identifying new commercial opportunities.

    You will work alongside senior management in a supportive environment where you become an integral part of our success story.

    Operating at an international level, you will be managing 4 to 5 existing accounts where you will become the expert in these markets and help to drive the business.

    Cultivating relationships with existing and new business accounts to identify growth opportunities

    • Managing Cyclogest brand, including strategic planning and market penetration
    • Maintaining in-depth market knowledge, including competitor analysis and business plans
    • Negotiating and executing contracts with accounts
    • Assisting with ad hoc business projects as needed
    • Collaborating with regulatory, marketing, and logistics teams
    Degree holder in science or business

    • Account management/business development experience within the pharmaceutical industry
    • Team player with commercial mindset, aiming for business growth
    • Demonstrated commercial and customer-focused experience
    • Proficient in analytics and financial skills
    • Proficiency in Office applications and strong IT skills
    • Willingness to travel internationally
