    Description
    Client - MCA Quality Assurance Lead Analyst (VP)


    Additionally, it plays a leading role coordinating the allocation of capital and other financial, technology and human resources towards the client segments with the best returns potential.

    Finally, it is responsible for managing wholesale credit and counterparty risk for the organization.

    This report into Client - MCA/Risk Assessment/Control Design Team and will manage a number of
    critical control-related processes as well as support projects to build or enhance the businesses control
    Help to establish and support MCA governance structure.
    Spearhead MCA and Risk ID related projects
    Produce and assess MCA quality metrics and engage relevant teams for remediation /escalation
    Lead components of the MCA transformation work as required by the Global Consent Order remediation program
    Relevant work experience in Financial Services in Business Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, and/or governance and control
    Proven experience in Risk Management, including monitoring and identification of risks within relevant department and enterprise organization
    Proven experience in independently handling enhancement projects and interacting with teams across all lines of defense
    Undergraduate degree required
