    Description
    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team.

    As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring quality care is delivered to our clients.

    Manage a team of mental health professionals, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
    Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
    Coach and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge in providing behavioral health services.
    Conduct performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement.
    Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and increase access to care for clients.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program data.

    Be part of a team where you can advance your clinical skills, make vital connections, and become an advocate for your clients and the community.

    You will have opportunities to cultivate and enhance your clinical skills through individual and group supervision, in-house training, and outside training.

    At UCFS, a Federally Qualified Health Center, we specialize in integrated care which means having access to essential services to meet the complex needs of those we serve.

    We work collaboratively across programs at our agency to remove barriers and streamline access to services including behavioral health services, primary care, dental, case management and more.

    Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting.
    Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders.
    Ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and community partners.
    Must be licensed as a mental health professional in Connecticut.
    Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with pay differential offered.
