Drive the growth of a trailblazing brand through an effective commercial strategy.
As the Sales Director your focus is to develop, plan and execute the sell-in and sell-out strategy across the UK and EMEA, enabling objectives to be met and exceeded.
You'll need to have extensive experience in the beauty industry with an established reputation and network that will ensure the opportunities can be maximised and fulfilled.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the strategic sales of the UK & EMEA monitoring budget and P&L accounts
- Review distribution network and trading agreements implementing improvements where needed
- Collaborate and partner closely with premium accounts
- Leverage opportunities in new markets and new channels to drive growth, track results, and undertake forecasting activity
- Develop sales, allocations, and promotional spending guidelines for each retailer partnership in line with key guidelines
- Create and execute bestinclass trade marketing plans
- Assess and communicate the needs of the business of the region and provide regular updates on the competitor, category, and overall beauty landscape dynamics of the region
- Proactively manage any operational, and reporting needs, ensuring stock is replenished when required
Experience
- Extensive commercial experience with a luxury or beauty good, based in either the UK or EMEA
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive with a focus on revenue generation
- Has established relationships with SpaceNK and Harrods
- Indepth understanding of the distributor network model with a network of contacts in place
Skills
- Commercially astute
- A good collaborator and team player, able to lead by example
- Able to develop excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys the thrill of a fastpaced everevolving environment
