- British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting Clearance)
- Previous Military, Policing, National Security, Counter Terrorism or Pubic Sector experience.
- Proficiency in HR operations and transformation programs, enabling HR technologies, and specialised areas such as learning and development, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance, and talent.
- Ability to conduct strategic analysis to improve business performance and enhance the employee experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- A clear understanding of HR's value proposition and role in driving business success.
- Track record of designing and implementing innovative HR service delivery models aligned with business needs.
- Hands-on experience implementing advanced HR technologies, including AI and cognitive computing, to optimise processes and improve employee experience.
- Knowledge of how VR/AR can support employee retention, learning and development, engagement, and productivity.
- Awareness of the digital roadmap, including risk management strategies and emerging digital tools and trends.
- Base Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (DoE)
- Discretionary Bonus: 5%
- DV Bonus: £7,000
