- To manage the commercial portfolio effectively and professionally in order to maximise growth and minimise risks, and for it to achieve its goals in line with those of the business.
- To appraise and manage development projects. To appraise and manage the acquisition and disposal of property assets.
Key Tasks:- To maximise value of the portfolio by minimising voids and maximising rental income through letting, rent reviews and lease renewals.
- To appropriately and professionally manage the properties and tenants to ensure that the condition of properties, tenant relationships, and all legal documentation is properly maintained and up to date.
- To identify and appraise potential development opportunities and manage agreed projects to completion.
- To ensure compliance with all Health and Safety and broader compliance requirements including CDM.
- To identify and appraise acquisition and disposal opportunities and manage all due diligence to completion.
- To ensure best service and advice is delivered within the department and in line with the companies' values and mission.
- To manage and maintain client relationship ensuring the required levels of service are met.

We are looking for ambition and attitude. You don't need to know everything, as there will be support to guide you, however we do stipulate that you must be RICS qualified.
