Main duties of the job
This post is for 12 months in Gender Medicine based at TransPlus at 56 Dean Street, Soho. The Clinical Fellow will work alongside other members of staff to deliver first class care to individuals presenting with gender dysphoria in a sexual health setting, to make appropriate onward referrals and to review and manage abnormal results from clinic attendees (with support from senior members of staff as appropriate).

The Directorate of HIV/GUM and Dermatology works closely with a number of other departments including general medical specialities ( dermatology, neurology), cancer services, liaison psychiatry, substance misuse, gynaecology, children's services, maternity services, urology and ophthalmology. There is also liaison and joint research with the pathology departments.
Teaching:
Postgraduate and undergraduate students are regularly attached to the departments of HIV Medicine and General Medicine and there are teaching facilities on site. Wednesday morning is allocated as protected departmental teaching time for clinical staff.
