outside in approach to wellness. The team includes specialist physicians, nutritonists, health

coaches and mind specialists, with a range of advanced therapies.

We are seeking to add a valuable member to our team, who is experienced with a

demanding VIP client global client base; passion for delivering the highest levels of customer

service is essential.

There is a large amount of autonomy in the role in terms of managing own list of VIP clients,

follow up, recall and coaching them through to looking fresh. Will be supported by a Clinic

coordinator. Must have an appetite and passion for the role, as there will be lots to learn in

terms of breadth of menu and services offered. They should demonstrate how they

continually learn and maintain knowledge.

VIP clientele experience is critical, Laser experience critical, 2 years medical aesthetics

minimum experience. Career development pathways into management and training.

Duties:

• Performing treatments (Laser, Peels and other non invasive treatments )

• High customer care standards maintenance

• Skin pre consultations, and follow up

• Assisting the Cosmetic Doctor in injectable and non surgical procedures

Requirements for application:

· Experience in luxury service industry/ private aesthetics clinic

· Experience in lasers, radio frequency, Electromagnetic energy, ultrasound,

micro-needling and advanced skin treatments

Experience cannulating and with superficial skin boosters inc mesotherapy

· Experienced with Level 4 Lasers

· Laser Core of Knowledge

· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Advanced aesthetics level 4,5,7

Able to undertake further training and career development in house

Experience and interest in meeting sales targets, both treatment and product related

Brilliant communicator, fluent English is a must

· Flexibility with hours: weekends and evenings.

· Polite and well groomed, impeccable appearance and uniform hygiene

· Ability to prioritize tasks and requests

• experience managing follow up and engagement of clients

· Demonstrate organisation skills

Salary

Dependent on experience, strong commission structure
