    Description

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

    The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

    Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Personal Injury team, it is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to run a caseload and also assist senior Solicitors / Partners with their busy caseloads.

    Running a caseload of MOJ claims from inception to completionStages 1,2,3 of MOJ PortalManaging a caseload up to a value of £25,000Issuing proceedingsReviewing Medical EvidenceReviewing Claimant's Losses and Vehicle Related Losses including Credit HireSubmitting stage 2 settlement packs via the MOJ portalNegotiating settlement with third party insurers Assisting Senior Solicitors / Partners on a varied Personal Injury caseload The Benefits & How to ApplyCompetitive basic salary- up to £30,000 depending on experienceHybrid workingSuperb working environment31 days annual leaveOngoing training and development programmeMarket leading bonus structureAccessible to public transport (transport links to train and bus routes) or discounted parkingEmployee Assistant ProgrammeWorkplace pension schemeApply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone - there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.comMore About William James RecruitmentWilliam James Recruitment is the number one recruitment partner to law firms in the UK & internationally.
