    Tech Lead - React NativenPermanent rolenSalary: Up to £90knLocation – Edinburgh - 3 days a week


    Key responsibilities:


    Support our product and engineering teams in leading delivery of product features in our next gen mobile POS/Front of house system.nYou will be an influential and important part of supporting the growth of teams.nLead part of our engineering team to enhance scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usabilitynSupport, mentor, and coach other members of the team ensuring the team has the skills to succeed.nBe a positive and energising force within the teams.

    nBe involved in the entire life-cycle of features, including idea creation, deployment, and longer term updates and enhancementsnWork on a wide variety of different challenges across the product and codebase


    Key skills:
    You have been leading engineers for at least a year in a mobile development team.

    Developing for a multi-platform application.nDesign and implement user interface components for Typescript-based mobile applications using the React Native ecosystemnYou have experience liaising with stakeholders in areas such as product, UX, devops, architecture and morenYou can translate difficult business requirements into software solutions your team can understand and implementnYou are a role model, possess a positive and energetic attitude and inspire others to do their bestnYou will be passionate about creating a product you can be proud ofnYou're good with robust, user friendly, mobile applications - You have demonstrable experience of high-performance, maintainable, and secure appsnWorking closely with others will be second nature to you, collaborating closely with your engineering colleagues, along with developing relationships with our product and implementation teams.nGreat at challenging others in a positive and influential way.
