Commercial Contracts Coordinator


Location:
Woking


Salary:
£35,000 PA (pro rata should this be part time)

Duration:
Permanent Full Time or Part Time (3 or 4 days a week)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (some flexibility needed) - Hybrid working


Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Coordinator to join our fantastic finance & sales team.

Our head office is based in the centre of Woking
- this is a hybrid role that will include some office based working and other days from home.

  • Reading contract tender documents for new business and highlighting risk areas.
  • Reviewing and organising data relevant to the tender and presenting to the senior management team.
  • Gain further detail when needed from external consultants on the tenders.
Key Competencies of a Commercial Contracts Coordinator

  • 12 months experience in UK contract law ideally from the public sector working with commercial businesses
  • The ability to work in a logical, methodical manner
  • Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel & PowerPoint would be beneficial
  • Must be able to work independently and time manage effectively to hit deadlines
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure and prioritise work from various stakeholders
