What you will be responsible for

In this role, you'll troubleshoot a variety of technical issues with ease and a human touch, whether it's slow internet speeds or problems with a Wi-Fi router.

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for
Prior experience in 1st Line Support or a call/contact centre is a plus, but not a requirement.
