    London, United KingdomResponsibilities: * Prepare and cook traditional Nigerian dishes with precision and authenticity. * Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining the integrity of traditional recipes. * Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. * Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. * Maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Nigerian cuisine.
    • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
    • Creative flair and passion for exploring new culinary ideas.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
