Credit Controller - Nottingham, United Kingdom - Pentland Brands
Description
As an International Credit Controller, you will sit in a team of experts specialising in credit control for our large global client base, ensuring not only timely collections of monies, but also providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
This role is a fixed term contract until 31 December 2024.Proactively manage cash collections across your assigned international customers.
Participate in the success of the brands stock turnover days through daily order releasing and order-book & credit limit reviews.
Take real ownership of the accounts, looking for and driving improvements in ways of working, and having challenging conversations where needed.
Show attention to detail in query processing and management-ensuring accounts are always up to date and accurately maintained.Ensuring customer accounts are fully reconciled and good housekeeping is in place.
You can confidently speak in German.
Seasoned Credit Control experience in a fast-paced industry
Extensive experience managing international customer base, particularly with challenging and complex accounts,
Understanding of Accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
