    Organisation Design & Restructuring Director
    Job Title Organisation Design & Restructuring Director Job Description About our Organisation Design & Restructuring Director role

    As the senior operating model, organisation design and restructuring expert at Sage, this role ensures the health of our organisation structures as part of the new Organisation Effectiveness (OE) Centre of Excellence.

    You'll maintain and evolve our Enterprise-wide principles, governance and methodology and manage challenges through redesign and implementation.

    Partnering with the ELT, ET and PLT globally and working cross-functionally, you'll be accountable to deliver the largest, most complex organisation design and restructuring initiatives at Sage.

    Setting the strategy for organisation design at Sage.
    #Setting the global organisation design strategy and being the organisation design, restructuring and operating model leader globally, setting and maintaining org design principles, governance, and methodology, and addressing organisation misalignment through relationships, influence and using data to inform change with ELT, ET and PLT

    • Providing Sagewide visibility and insight of organisational health to influence senior leaders at ELT, ET and PLT, taking a data driven approach to organisation design
    • Leading on global, crossfunctional, complex and material operating model and organisational design initiatives, influencing business leads, dealing with challenge and resistance and flagging issues to leaders
    • Operating through all programme phases through definition, design and delivery
    • Acting as the People Leader for multigeo and crossfunctional restructuring programmes, working at ELT, ET and PLT level to drive alignment and clarity of restructuring requirements and plans, whilst managing the people risk associated with restructuring
