PA to Director of People and Operations
Temp role - Hybrid for 6 Months £19-21 an hour

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive day to day administrative support to the People and Operations directorate.

In addition to, supporting the delivery of key organisational development projects and all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is an innovative healthcare organisation located in the City of London.
What will you be doing?
General Administrative Support

  • Support the Director of People and Operations / People Partner with coordination and minutes for: all Committee's
  • Diary management for the directorate
  • Manage supporting papers for the Director of People and Operations, and People Partner's meetings
  • Process expenses, invoices and raise purchase orders
HR Support

  • Manage the endtoend process for all new starters,
  • Manage the probation review process with line managers
  • Manage the process for all leavers, which includes, sending out exit interview forms, arranging exit interview meetings and updating all relevant HR systems and trackers
  • Coordinate all employee training requests and the leadership, management and rising stars development programme

You will need:
You will have previous experience of working in a similar and fast paced position.

In addition:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Business / Team
Coordinator, preferably within an HR function

  • Proven track record of effective project management and understanding of project
management principles including implementing project plans

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role within an HR, office management or operations team
  • Strong track record of successfully dealing with business and employee problems as they arise in a calm and orderly manner
  • Experience working and thriving in a fastpaced environment with ever changing business needs and varied workload
  • Experience of dealing professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and the ability to form good working relationships at all levels
