- Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
- Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
- Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
- Conduct customer meetings to secure orders and have full involvement in all processes up to and following delivery.
- Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
- Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.
- Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background, ideally within an Automotive setting.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Strong and effective communication and persuasion skills alongside telephone prospecting experience
- Experience of selling F&I products.
- Motivation and drive.
- The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
- An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
- An ability to perform well under pressure
- An organised and methodical approach to work
- Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
- A full, UK driving licence.

What will you be doing?
Our team at our highly successful Grimsby Ford dealership are looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join their team. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.
You will:

The working rota for this role is Monday-Friday; 8.30am-5.30pm, plus every other Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm.
