    Description

    Orb Recruitment Ltd have a wonderful opportunity available for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our client - an industry leading Automotive company in Doncaster, DN6.

    The Role of a Sales Advisor

    The role of the Sales Advisor is primarily to contact both new and existing customers.

    However, your basic duties will also include, but not be limited to:

    • Producing quotes
    • Process orders taken
    • Status reports
    • Liaising with various departments to help our customers.
    • Provide administrative help and support to the Sales & Marketing and Aftersales team.
    • Being accountable for the accuracy of information handled and records made.
    • Maintaining a high level of customer service and developing strong customer relationships.

    Additional Duties as a Sales Advisor

    • Achieve the agreed KPI's and behaviours set.
    • Maintain strong & long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
    • Maintain excellent Customer Service.
    • Contact customers using email, phone or hold/organise meetings.
    • Efficiently maintain the CRM database.
    • Produce accurate quotes.
    • Produce accurate and up to date build/status reports.
    • Liaise with suppliers/technical and purchasing departments.
    • Quality Assurance/Customer Service.
    • Receive/handle warranty claims (Ad Hoc).
    • Receive/handle service calls (Ad Hoc).

    Desired Skills & Attributes

    The successful candidate would be expected to match up most of, if not, all of, the following;

    • Have a good level of knowledge of the regulations and governing bodies of the conversion industry.
    • Have excellent attention to detail.
    • Have effective communication skills when dealing internally and externally.
    • Have a good level of IT & computer skills (Microsoft Office).
    • Have a good understanding of Emax and the company's CRM system.
    • Have the desire to uphold a high level of customer service.
    • Can handle pressure and be comfortable working to targets.
    • Manage multiple projects.

    Working Hours

    This role involves working a 39-hour week, with the hours listed below

    • Monday to Thursday, 08.30am pm
    • Friday, 08.30am pm
    • Friday's are typically worked from home as it is a quieter day, due to production not working Friday's.

    Salary

    • This position pays a starting salary of between £28,000 and £30,000 per year. Depending entirely on experience and skill set.
    • Plus, additional 10% bonus

    ***10% bonus is paid quarterly and depends on achieving various KPI Targets and more***
