    Advanced Manufacturing Engineer The purpose of the role is work on New Product Development / New Product Introduction.

    The NPI Engineer will be responsible for driving the ISC function through all development phases to meet planning, manufacturing, cost & process capability on these new developments.

    Our programs serve a global community and our hometowns too. We provide resources and financial support to causes around the world and encourage employee volunteerism. Key requirements · Ensure new products are deployed into manufacturing using repeatable process methods,

    • Ensuring all, tooling, test equipment, work instructions are implemented to enable on time delivery of products, while meeting producibility, quality and cost targets
    Ensure projects complete the necessary stages of the company Integrated Product Delivery System (IPDS) process which includes the main deliverables listed below:

    • Phase gate exit review with ISC Engineering leadership
    • Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments
    • Unit production Cost – Meet the cost target for serial production
    • Technical expert for products manufactured & processes within their cell(s)
    Proven experience within the general application of engineering. This could be within mechanical/manufacturing
    Previous experience of participating, and actioning continuous improvement projects
    Experience of manufacturing new product deployment is highly desirable
    Strong understanding of engineering processes for design and test to be able to challenge design to achieve producibility targets
