PSI are working with a well-established and respected residential home committed to creating a secure and nurturing haven for children and young individuals.
Our mission is to empower and foster the growth of each child within our care, ensuring they have the support needed to achieve their full potential.
As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential home for children.
Leadership and Management:
Provide robust leadership to the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Efficiently supervise and manage all facets of the residential home.
Regulatory Compliance:
Guarantee adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards, upholding a high level of care that prioritises the welfare and well-being of each child.
Develop and implement effective staff development plans, incorporating training and supervision to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain and elevate the quality of care. Cultivate open and transparent communication with children, staff, families, and external stakeholders.
Financial Management:
Efficiently manage the residential home budget, ensuring judicious allocation of resources to meet the diverse needs of the children.
Possession of a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a residential childcare setting.
Passion for advocating the well-being and development of children and young people.
Experience to meet in line with Ofsted requirements
Monday to Friday
