Description

We are currently looking for a IT Systems Analyst to join a growing Engineering company based in the Essex area.

As the IT Systems Analyst you will be responsible for providing systems support for customer operational technology as well as 2nd line support for users.

Research, develop and implement robust IT systems to support customer operational technology and generate IT procedures.
Assist with the development and implementation of the SQL database required for customer OT.
Provide 2nd line support for users to ensure they can continue with their daily tasks.
Maintain specification and configuration records of OT implementations as well as supporting protocol testing for user systems. An IT qualification and certification in Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMWare ESX hypervisors.
Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft applications.
Experience working with Windows Servers, Active Directory and Microsoft 365. We look forward to helping you with your next career moves.
