TLB are a membership organisation, run by their board of local business people for the benefit of the local community.

This is a blended role comprising of events management and events promotion. The role will suit an individual who is organised, driven and passionate about wanting to make a huge different.

They are looking for someone to bring relevant experience along with the energy to the role - in return TLB will provide a variety and breadth of responsibilities and the platform to further develop your experience.

In this role you will

Build an events strategy, hosted online and in person, to engage both corporate and consumer audiences.
Support the Director of Arts in organisation arts festival's and cultural activities.
Manage all aspects of online and in person events.
Build new relationships with corporate partners.
Lead on promoting the events programme, and support the arts programme with marketing and PR.

They are looking for someone who

Have extensive events management experience.
A passion for the arts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A proven ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of planning own workload.
