Applications are invited for the role of Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer (MSRO) based flexibly (working from home) to cover the north-east of England region.

This is mainly an events-based role, where travel and face-to-face interaction is a keycomponent.


The regional expertise associated with this role are critical, allowing the post holder to advise and inform activities across the organisation, developing strategic marketing and communications.

Each MSRO in the team takes responsibility for recruitmentfrom specific territories or target markets for SRUC. The MSRO works autonomously in their region, and in collaboration with the whole Marketing, Digital and Communication team.

The post involves frequent working out with normal College hours, and travel withsome overnight stays to facilitate participation in recruitment conventions, will feature.


The post-holder should have a degree or equivalent in a related discipline and an ability to relate to people at all levels.
