    You have a strong research background, with experience in the full range of User research and design methods and the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and be ready to quickly get to work in an agile multidisciplinary team of Developers, Designers, and Analysts focused on the customer's omnichannel buying experience.

    Specifically, for the current assignment, you need to have experience working closely with Service Design and Data Science teams, preferably within e-commerce and have strong CV and portfolio examples to demonstrate your expertise.

    You will be passionate about the value of integrating user insights into the design process of a service, channeling your energy and enthusiasm to ensure that quality user research is both carried out and delivered effectively into the design process and final service.

    Insights building
    5+ years of UX research experience
    ~ You have a proven track record of leading end-to-end projects across multiple phases of the product life cycle.
    ~ You're adaptable - You are comfortable with ambiguity and can balance robust study design with the practicalities of being in a fast paced org.
    ~ Competency in data analytics and qualitive aspects of UX research
    ~ Experience with testing Figma prototypes

    Experience working with Business Analyst to seek our key critical improvements with our funnels driven by the data
    Experience working with Service Design to define/refine blueprint
    Supports Head of Digital Design on the user experience in our digital product development with:
    Excellent and extensive experience in user experience research
    Knowledge of, and practical experience in, multiple research and user testing techniques to elicit valuable information from users (e.g. card sorting, customer journey-mapping, usability testing, ...)
