Quality Performance Analyst (Non-IT) - Blackpool, UK

We are looking for a Quality Performance Analyst to join our team

Our Quality Performance Analyst will primarily focus on evaluating the communication and service performance of our direct sales contact center employees.

This includes monitoring inbound and outbound calls, email responses, and other interactions to ensure technical accuracy, adherence to company policies and procedures, and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Conduct call monitoring and evaluate email responses, providing trend data, quality reports, and feedback to the management team
Participate in the design of call and email monitoring formats and quality standards
Utilize a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance metrics at both team and individual levels
Provide actionable data to internal support groups as required
Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for contact center staff
2+ years of experience in a call center environment
~ Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Word, and basic Excel
