    Description

    Main Objectives:

    To take overall responsibility for F&B. To attract and maintain current and future clients. To ensure our clients are comfortable and safe whilst on site.

    Main Areas of Responsibility:

    ·To Ensure courteous and Prompt Service

    ·To Ensure Cleanliness and presentation of all areas of the workplace and equipment within your scope of responsibilities to the highest standards

    ·Ensure you liaise with the supervisor on duty of any items running low or out of stock

    ·Ensure all food and beverage orders are taken and delivered to standard operating procedures

    ·Undergo and deliver training to new and existing staff members

    ·Deal with all customer enquiries and complaints to satisfactory standards

    ·Always behave in a polite and courteous manner to as to be an ambassador for the business

    ·To have an understanding and awareness of all products and facilities offered by the company

    ·Understand and comply with Health and safety requirements applicable to your role

    ·Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant's operation to the required standards

    ·To ensure observance of all statutory regulations and requirements

    ·To be dressed and presented appropriately to your role at all times

    ·To deal effectively with customer enquiries as to product and services

    ·To always act in accordance with company procedures and standards

    ·To carry out your duties in a manner that ensures the safest environment for colleagues and guests alike

    ·Ensure attendance and punctuality

    ·To train and develop new and existing staff to standards implemented by the company

    ·Ensuring SOPs and completed daily

    ·Ensuring all Mis en place is clean full and correct

    ·Comply with heath and safety regulations

    ·Comply with all alcohol legislations

    ·Complete staff reviews and appraisals in line with the companies' timelines

    ·Managing the day to day running of the restaurant and function diaries

    ·Reviewing the rota daily

    ·Ensuring staff are pushing sales at every opportunity

    ·Attending sales meeting when required

    ·Ordering stock when required following correct procedures

    ·Ensuring all staff are following procedures including uniform standards

    ·Recruiting, training and supervising all staff members

    ·Managing payroll and budgets

    ·Overseeing stock levels

    ·Producing staff rotas in line with agreed payroll

    ·Problem solving

    ·Setting staff individual targets

    ·Assessing and improving profitability

    ·Handling administration and paperwork

    ·Liaise closely with Sales department to maximise profit

    ·Conduct bi-monthly crockery stock counts

    ·Ensure you are monitoring upcoming Events
